In Part 1/4 of the COVID19 Mini-Series, fellow coach, Josh Pierce, and I discussed how to seek out opportunities for growth during the COVID19 chaos. It’s a crazy time right now, and stress/anxiety levels are at an all-time high, while the structure in our daily lives is at an all-time low.
The hard reality is you will do one of two things during the COVID19 pandemic: You will either SHRINK, or you will GROW. The choice is yours, and it just depends on where you want to be in 90 days…do you want to be in a better position than you are now, or worse off? I know what I’m choosing, and my 1:1 coaching clients are choosing the same, making growth the goal.
In this episode, Pierce and I give you our cold hard take on see this time as an opportunity to maximize growth in all areas. We discuss how to leave the scarcity mindset where you are right now and see the situation from a place of abundance--that is how you will come out ahead. We also discuss adding structure to your days to stay the course and continue to move forward, rather than take steps backward.
You will learn how to turn this negative situation into a positive for yourself and get the most out of the COVID19 quarantine. In Part 2/4, Pierce and I dive into how to maximize movement and stay active to stay healthy during this crazy time.
