In this episode, I have on fellow coach Lindsay Ladd, (@fueledphysiquexlindsay) and she gets right to work on dropping some educational nuggets.
Lindsay is an incredible coach through and through. She helps her clients with nutrition, training and still makes time for CrossFit classes.
Oh did I forget to mention she's a complete bad-ass with the barbell as well?!
She is not scared in the least to toss around heavyweights. We talk about breaking the mold as a woman and why you shouldn't be afraid to lift heavy often as in every day.
Lindsay also talks about the adversities shes had to overcome and how she continues to fight each and every day.
The most powerful line ever spoke on the Everyday GROWTH Podcast was delivered through a conversation that she and her father had. He said, "No one is coming to save you."
I immediately got goosebumps. That statement is so true and so deep.
No matter the shitstorm you are in or think you are enduring, NO ONE IS COMING TO SAVE YOU.
